Are you

just the place for you. Since 2003
students from Canberra have been going to Broomwood Hall to work as teachersÕ
assistants. In early January 2010,
twelve boys and girls from Canberra jetted off to London to start their
adventure.
Broomwood
Hall is a preparatory day school located in Clapham in Central London. The
school is spread over 4 campuses and caters for students aged from 3 years to
14 years. Gap students are employed
on contract for 12 months as TeachersÕ Assistants to work with the younger children
aged 3 Ð 8 years. As the School
does not have boarding facilities, the students usually stay with local
families paying a nominal amount per week in board. For more information browse
the Broomwood Hall website.
If you are
interested to learning more about this opportunity please come, with your
parents, to an information session which will be held at:
Current Year 11 and 12 students are encouraged to

application process. Click here for an invitation (insert pdf).
Open Day
2010 is on Friday May 7 and is a day for prospective students to
discover what the University of New England has to offer. Go and learn more
about their courses through meeting with the people who teach them. Ask a
current student about their experiences with UNE. Discover what UNE really
is about.
Kick start the UNE experience with a
tour of the colleges. This is the perfect opportunity for future students
to familiarise themselves with the colleges and college life, and to talk with
current students about their various experiences at
UNE, both academic and social.
Campus tours of the academic areas and
facilities, lectures, advice and information sessions start at 9am and
will equip prospective students with all the information they will need to know
about the courses they are interested in, life at UNE and the Armidale
district.
There will be heaps of cultural,
social and sporting events running throughout the day. Prizes,
giveaways will also be running, and a free BBQ lunch with music and
entertainment will be provided. Go,
experience and discover UNE at Open Day 2010!
